SHIPPING POLICY
Because our treats are made fresh with zero preservatives, we take extra care to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect, ready-to-eat condition!
Our shipping method:
- FedEx 2-day shipping: To preserve freshness, all shipped orders are sent via FedEx 2-day delivery.
- Temperature-Controlled Packaging: Your treats are carefully packed with frozen ice packs to prevent spoilage during transit.
Tracking and delivery:
- Once your order is baked, packed, and ready to go, you will receive a delivery notification email containing your FedEx tracking number so you can follow your pup's treats every step of the way.
- Tip: Because our items are perishable, we highly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking info and bringing the package indoors as soon as it arrives!
Processing times:
Please allow 1-5 business days for us to hand-craft your order before it ships. We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our handmade treats and the safety of our furry customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items.
However, your pup’s happiness is our absolute top priority! If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at alex@sweetsbysage.com within 48 hours of receiving your items.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.
For any non-perishable boutique items (like apparel or accessories), we happily accept returns of clean, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
